Who you are contracting with

OutboundFix is provided by Vesanto Consulting, address: Lapinlahdenkatu 16, 00180 Helsinki, Finland.

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, subject to any mandatory law that applies to your use of the service and that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

Who can use the service

The service is for business and professional users. By using it you confirm that you are acting for a business or in a professional capacity, not as a consumer. If you are signing up or using the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms. Users of a shared workspace are authorized users of the customer account.

The service

OutboundFix helps you decide which companies deserve commercial attention. You submit company domains and, optionally, a targeting policy. OutboundFix gathers public evidence and returns a PASS, RESEARCH MORE or KILL result with the evidence behind it. The AI Agent answers questions about your own workspace. OutboundFix does not send messages to anyone on your behalf through the product.

Your workspace and your responsibilities

• Your workspace opens in the browser where you created it. Keep that browser secure. Anyone who can use it can use your workspace.
• Give accurate information, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• You are responsible for how you use results, including complying with the laws that apply to your own outreach, marketing, and commercial activities.
• Do not attempt to access another workspace, disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses without permission, or submit content you have no right to submit.
• Authorized users of a workspace are subject to these terms. You are responsible for ensuring your authorized users comply.

Plans and payment

The Free plan lets you analyze 10 prospects total per workspace and needs no payment. Paid plans (Launch, Growth, Business and Enterprise) are available on the Pricing page. The price and scope of a paid plan are confirmed at the time of purchase or order. Enterprise pricing is by arrangement. Payment for consulting services and one-time purchases is made through our payment provider, and the price shown at checkout applies.

Paid plans are currently arranged directly with OutboundFix rather than through a public self-serve recurring checkout. A paid subscription begins when the order is confirmed with the business customer. Unless the confirmed order says otherwise, a monthly recurring plan renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal; access continues through the current paid period. We do not provide a prorated refund for an already-started period except for an erroneous or duplicate charge or where applicable law requires otherwise. Applicable taxes and reverse-charge treatment are stated on the order or invoice.

Results are decision support, not advice

A result reflects the evidence found and the policy applied at that time. Evidence can be incomplete or out of date, which is why RESEARCH MORE exists. AI-generated explanations can be wrong. Results are not legal, financial or professional advice and they do not guarantee any commercial outcome. You make your own business decisions based on the results.

Your data and content

We handle personal data as described in the Privacy notice. You keep your rights in the content you submit, including domains and targeting policies. You grant us the right to process that content to provide the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit, and your use of the service, complies with applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws that apply to you.

Availability, changes and ending use

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or stop features, and we will tell you about material changes to the service in advance where it is reasonable to do so. You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at risk.

Intellectual property

The OutboundFix product, its brand, its underlying technology and its documentation are owned by us or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you. You own the content you submit and the decisions produced for your workspace.

Liability

OutboundFix is decision-support software. We do not guarantee meetings, sales, revenue or any other commercial outcome. You remain responsible for the business decisions and outreach you make using the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable mandatory law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Any other liability is determined under the applicable law and the specific order or agreement between the parties.

Changes to these terms

We post an updated version and effective date when these terms change. For a material change affecting an existing paid subscription, we also give notice through an available account or business contact channel before the change takes effect where reasonably practicable. A change required urgently for law, security or abuse prevention may take effect sooner.

Acceptance

When you create a Free workspace, you must explicitly agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy notice. For a paid plan arranged directly with OutboundFix, the applicable order or written confirmation identifies the commercial terms and incorporates these terms.
